Message . . . . : Cannot install library QGPL.
Cause . . . . . : Library QGPL cannot be installed until all subsystems are
ended.
Recovery . . . : Use the End Subsystem (ENDSBS SBS(*ALL)) command or the
End System (ENDSYS) command and wait for all the subsystems to end. Then
try the request again.
For this action, the system must be in a restricted state.
First, make sure you're logged into the console (not the regular station).
Then you can simply put the system into a restricted state with this command
ENDSBS SBS(*ALL) OPTION(*IMMED)
